I am a mom of three (aunt to 7), married to an airline captain, and safely ensconced on a ridge overlooking the Rock River Valley of northern Illinois, just a stone’s throw from the Cheddar Curtain. I like to write about food and family, and sometimes politics. I am also a part-time librarian in a nearby village.  Hope you enjoy the read!
